I placed my order thinking everything was good, and then after checkout they asked me for legal documents. I get that compliance is probably important, but it still felt like they should’ve had that sorted before I paid, even though I guess they can’t always know ahead of time. Replies took a few days too, so the whole thing felt messy. I ended up just canceling the order.

I don’t know, the trigger just didn’t feel right. It felt kind of mushy, and I kept noticing it every time I used it. Maybe some people won’t care, but for me it was distracting. The rest might be fine, but that trigger feel really stood out in a not-great way.

Overall, I’ve been happy with the gear. The parts feel well made and the prices are fair, so I don’t have many complaints there. My only issue is the shipping, it’s been slower than I’d like. If that doesn’t improve, I might start looking somewhere else, but for now I’d still say the products themselves are solid.

I had a frustrating experience. Support took ages to get back to me, and even after waiting that long, my issue still wasn’t fixed. What made it worse was that it felt like there was no real human contact at all, just generic replies that didn’t really address what I was asking. I just wanted to talk to an actual person who could help, but that never really happened.

I got all the way to checkout and then realized the payment options were way more limited than I expected. It was frustrating, especially because it felt like they made it seem like paying would be easy and flexible, but that wasn’t the case. I ended up giving up on the order, which is annoying when you’re just trying to buy something and move on

I checked their dealer list thinking, "Okay, this should be quick," but nope. Half the shops I called either didn’t carry Apex stuff or had no idea what I was talking about. I basically burned my whole lunch break making pointless calls. The website made it seem super easy, but in the moment I was just annoyed because it really wasn’t.

I want to be fair and say it wasn’t a total disaster, but the finish looked rough in places and the overall workmanship just didn’t match what I was expecting. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but for what I paid, I was hoping for cleaner craftsmanship.

The shipping was way slower than I expected and it was frustrating. I kept checking for updates, but there wasn’t much to go on, and the tracking didn’t really make things any clearer. It just felt like I was sitting around waiting with no idea what was happening. Maybe other people have a better experience, but for me it was annoying enough that I wouldn’t order again if I needed something anytime soon.

I ordered from apextactical.com a while back and so far everything has held up preeetty well. The fit was decent, and after a few range trips nothing has loosened up or failed on me. Shipping was okay too, not exactly super fast, but not terrible either. My only real complaint is that the instructions could’ve been a little clearer. Overall though, the parts seem durable and reliable enough for me.

"Accuracy improved, but the setup was frustrating"
It did help my accuracy a little, so I’ll give it credit for that. But getting it set up was more annoying than it needed to be, mostly because the instructions and communication weren’t very clear. For the price, I expected a smoother experience and better results. It’s not terrible, but I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I ordered the kit and followed the install instructions from Apex. They got me through most of it, and the pictures definitely helped, but a few steps felt kind of rushed. Some parts really could’ve used clearer close-ups, especially where the spring sits. I had to stop and search around online just to make sure I wasn’t messing it up. It worked out in the end, so I can’t say it was terrible, but whoever runs this really needs to make the instructions more beginner-friendly. 3 stars feels fair.

"Felt a Bit Too Pricey for Me"
I kept thinking, “Did I really just pay that much for this?” The parts might be totally fine, but once shipping and tax were added, the whole thing just didn’t feel like a great value to me. I expected a little more for the price. Looking back, I kind of wish I had compared a few other options before ordering. For my money, I’d probably shop around first next time.

They definitely have a lot of customization options, which I liked for getting my setup the way I wanted it. But I’ll be honest, it took me a while to figure out what some of the choices actually meant, and that made me a little less confident as I was ordering. The process itself wasn’t hard, but the lack of guidance had me wondering if I was picking the right things. I’m still happy with what I ended up getting, I just wish the experience felt a bit more reassuring.
